- reorganisation and restructuring operations, notably as part of collective proceedings (initiating and monitoring employment protection plans, undertaking and monitoring redundancy procedures, relations with the Dirrecte, with administrators and receivers, bankruptcy judges, etc.);
- in litigation proceedings before arbitral, civil and criminal courts (monitoring proceedings, drafting procedural documents such as summons, conclusions, petitions, etc.).
